| Remedition Problems: Failure of Standards |
Standards are written by a group of people who were able to get along and agree on a path to reach their goal for a common situation. Many situations and/or customers are not common if you pay attention to the so-called standards and guidelines. These standards and guidelines don’t reasonably address how to remediate a moldy attic with an HVAC fan-coil unit and soffit vents in a manner that someone could actually afford. The standards and guidelines also don’t address remediation for sensitive populations.
